RETURNS POLICY

We understand by purchasing from us online you are unable to try before you buy. We do offer Exchange or an in-store Credit Note ( valid for 3 months ) if the following requirements are met. Unfortunately we DO NOT REFUND so please choose wisely. 

* Garments must be in sale-able condition and returned to us within SEVEN DAYS of their delivery. Garments should be returned new, unused with all designer tags attached. UNFORTUNATELY SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

* The Garment will be checked thoroughly to make sure it meets these requirements. If it does not the garment will be returned to you.

* If you require and exchange please provide us with a prepaid post bag in with your return so we can send you the exchange garment.

* If you require a credit note we will mail this to you. Credit notes are only to be redeemed in store. If you are unable to redeem your credit note in store, please phone us on 0452 215 402 and we will make alternate arrangements over the phone.
